Before you start to apply your new Wall Glamour we suggest you take a minute to prepare yourself and read these instructions through fully. Although Wall Glamour is easy to fit, it does require a little patience for larger items. It’s a good idea to plan where you are going to put your new purchase in advance of peeling the silicon paper off. Care needs to be taken when fitting Wall Glamour as it is not a reusable item, it can be easily removed but it will more than likely be damaged.
Freshly painted walls should be allowed to dry for 2 weeks before applying. To prepare the surface before applying your Wall Glamour, you must thoroughly clean the surface of dust or grit which will show up and spoil the final look of your design. Make sure you wipe the surface well and leave to dry before attempting to apply. Then take the scraper provided and rub it on the back of the Wall Glamour to allow the transfer paper to re-attach the vinyl sticker.
Please note that if you accidentally apply the vinyl graphic in the wrong position on some surfaces (like smooth tiles or gloss painted items) you can, if very careful, remove and replace. However vinyl is meant to be a one application medium so you may find the item slightly distorted or damaged. Please be sure you have the correct position before appyling. When you are finished with the vinyl, due to your wish to redecorate or for whatever reason, you can easily remove the vinyl by heating it up gently with a hair dryer and peeling backwards at 180 degrees as shown in the picture, and sticky resedue can be cleaned with metholated spirits. Note this may pull emulsion paints off the wall.
Now for some extra industry tips on how to create a multi-piece scene, getting rid of air bubbles and working over creases.

| If the recess is deep you may be able to use your appicator to push the vinyl in. | Another tip is to use a hair dryer to warm the vinyl and then press it firmly in. | When using a heat source do not drag the applicator over it as you will damage the vinyl. | If the vinyl will not stick in the recess it is better to trim the edges back to the flat surface, this will prolong the life of the sticker.
