Before you start to apply your new Wall Glamour wall stickers we suggest you take a minute to prepare yourself and read these instructions through fully. Although Wall Glamour is easy to fit, it does require a little patience for larger items. It’s a good idea to plan where you are going to put your new purchase in advance of peeling the silicon paper off. Care needs to be taken when fitting Wall Glamour, as it is not a reusable item. It can easily be removed but it will more than likely be damaged.

How to fit small wall stickers in four steps.

Step One

Position the stickers with masking tape onto surface. Some items will be supplied pre-cut but it may be of use to trim around the graphic to aid applying.

Step Two

Lift graphic and carefully peel the backing paper to half way, making sure all the graphic is on the clear transfer film. If the vinyl is stuck to the paper smooth the paper back onto the transfer film until it sticks then re-try.

Step Three

Move the scraper over the film at 45 degrees as you apply. Apply in a firm smooth motion so you don’t get any air bubbles. Remember vinyl is very sticky so keep the rest away from wall whilst you apply.

Step Four

Wait about 30 mins then peel back the edge of transfer film & remove by pulling slowly and carefully away at 180 degrees to vinyl. Make sure non of the vinyl pulls up with the transfer film. Take care when removing from a painted wall.

Freshly painted walls should be allowed to dry for 2 weeks before applying wall stickers. To prepare the surface before applying your wall stickers, you must thoroughly clean the surface of dust or grit, which would show up and spoil the final look of your design. Make sure you wipe the surface well and leave to dry before attempting to apply. Take the scraper provided and rub it on the back of the Wall Glamour to allow the transfer paper to re-attach to the vinyl wall sticker.

How to fit large wall stickers in eight steps.

Step One

Position vinyl then masking tape onto surface. Some items will be supplied pre-cut but it may be of use to trim around the graphic to aid applying.

Step Two

Tape wall sticker across the centre, making sure there is enough tape to hold onto the wall.

Step Three

Untape top edge of sticker, carefully peel the backing paper to half way, making sure all the graphic is on the clear transfer film. If the vinyl is stuck to the paper smooth the paper back onto the transfer film until it sticks.

Step Four

Trim the backing paper off at halfway so that the top part of the sticker can be applied to the wall.

Remember vinyl is very sticky so keep the adhesive away from the wall or clothing.

Step Five

Move the scraper upwards (from the halfway point) over the film at 45 degrees as you apply. Apply in a firm smooth motion so you don’t get any air bubbles.

Step Six

Once you have applied the top half, carefully peel the backing paper from the bottom half, making sure all the graphic is on the clear transfer film.

Step Seven

Move the scraper downwards (from the halfway point) over the film at 45 degrees as you apply. Apply in a firm smooth motion so you don’t get any air bubbles.

Step Eight

Wait about 30 mins then peel back the edge of transfer film & remove by pulling slowly and carefully away at 180 degrees to vinyl. Make sure non of the vinyl pulls up with the transfer film. Take care when removing from a painted wall.
