Recently we recieved a lovely bit of feedback from a customer.
"I also wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the products we ordered…they really did transform the spaces we were working with and since it was for a charity project, the children and staff at the respite centre were all over the moon with the makeover that your decals helped to achieve!
We love that kind of feedback, but any kind of feedback is good, even if its bad....if you know what i mean. Its always good to know how we can improve. I recently purchased a whole load of wall stickers from our main competitors just so we can see how they do things. Like how their items are packaged, how long it takes, what their instuctions are like and what their final products are like.....all theses things help us to work harder at becoming top dog.
So if you have any ideas or feedbPublish Postack please let us know....being an ebusiness is hard sometimes as you dont really get much customer interaction, so we are never that sure if people like their purchase.
